I am a Health, Safety and Wellbeing advisor with over 15 years of practice, working for one of the largest companies in Cheshire, where I promote Health, Wellbeing and Mindfulness and work.
I am a mental health first aider trained with the MHFA England; and was just trained as a listening volunteer with Samaritans.
The field of neuroscience
has always fascinated me, particularly in relation to mindfulness and tools for promoting well-being. The ability to influence our own thoughts and emotions is truly inspiring and motivates me to constantly learn and study this subject.
I am currently studying women’s health and wellbeing, I am learning how to work in harmony with our biochemistry and hormonal changes. I believe that this knowledge will empower women to achieve optimal health and lead fulfilling lives.
We often hear that
the leading cause of our problems is within ourselves. But so is the solution. The power to solve all of our physical and emotional issues, whether it’s health, relationships, career, finances, self-esteem, or something else, is in our hands.
Metaphysical counselling will help you to uncover the root of our suffering and address it accordingly. Sometimes referred to as spiritual counselling, it represents a whole person approach – body, mind, and spirit. When you’re struggling with a variety of issues, you want a treatment that will look at you as a complete individual.
This type of therapy can be particularly beneficial for those who are not sure what to talk about in talk therapy or unsure of what the root of their problems is. I will share with you simple mindfulness, holistic and metaphysical techniques to help you find a fulfilment in your life.

I would also add to his words: we are here now, on the planet Earth, to make a difference, to make this world a better place for others not for us. Start with yourself and spread your love to those around you to create a ripple effect.
How an individual feels can ripple through his or her social groups and actually influence how the group feels in general. In some ways, our emotional states are like a virus, we can spread the positive and negative experience to those around us, even with strangers.
Sometimes it can be challenging not to be effected by others, but don’t let yourself get sucked into the negativity by joining in with it, such as complaining, gossiping or even by dwelling on the person’s behaviour. It will only bring you down. Remember that the other person’s behaviour has very little to do with you – they are dealing with their own issues.
