What to expect from holistic therapy sessions:
- I am offering a package of 6 online sessions, each 1 hr long. Will send you a link to video meeting on google meet ( you don’t need to download any software just click on the link I will send you via the email)
- During the first two sessions we will travel back to your past to understand conditioning, believes and programming you have received during your childhood
- During next 4 sessions I will use holistic tools like shadow-self, inner child, believes work, EFT to help you overcome programming that no longer serves you and will work on creating new habits and believes that will give you a fulfilment in your life.
- I will guide you how to look at your body, mind and spirit in a holistic way. You will learn simple tools that you can use on a daily basis to help you deal with what live brings, because we all know that challenges will be always a part of our live.
